A trust is a legally binding arrangement (based under
common law) which transfers the ownership of assets
from an individual (the settler) to a person or corporation
(the trustee) who will look after and manage the assets on
behalf of the beneficiaries in accordance with the terms of
the trust deed. In certain cases the trustee may be guided
